嘿 我的兄弟姐妹们请你们听我说

ངས་རང་སྐྱོན་ང་རང་གིས་བཤད།
我自己的过错我自己批评自己
I criticize myself,
ཕ་སྐད་ཡི་གེ་ཀྱ་ཙེ་གོམ་ཙེ་ཡིན།
我承认我的藏文能力不是很好
My native language ability zigzags
